Step 1
A Celto Computer Solutions staff member will discuss your business objectives and needs. What is your web site going to be used for, who are you trying to attract? We then define elements of your site that are available, or may be required such as photos, logos, corporate colors, documents and document types and whether you want to manage the website yourself once it's completed.
Step 2
Next, we review any materials that you may already have such as business cards, letterheads, brochures, pamphlets or an existing web site. It's imperative that your web site reflect the existing corporate culture, look and feel and structure of your business.
We also find and review the web sites of your competitors.
Step 3
After some discussion, we can then agree on a project scope which will determine the number of pages, graphics, photo requirements, search engine optimization (SEO) or web site promotion, we also like to leave a bit of room for feature creep. With this new information in hand, we are then go away and prepare a written price estimate to be agreed upon and signed off.
Step 4
We now design and develop a draft or sample version of your web site for your review. During this process, we test cross browser compatibility, load speed and scale ability. We also build the file structure and implement any database creation and connection if required. At this stage, you can inform us of any changes that you would like completed. We then proceed and finish the web site, and with your sign off, publish the site live on the Internet.
Step 5
Now that your web site is public, it's time to market it. This process is optional, but highly recommended. We have several web site promotion and marketing services to help increase the visibility of your new web site. Step 7
Maintain, promote, measure and market. Your web site content must stay as fresh as possible to ensure your clients return again and again. We can train you to use our CMS System or can setup a maintenance schedule that suits your requirements and budget. We can also monitor traffic, check search engine ranks and assist in e-mail campaigns.
A Search Engine Optimization program requires that every page of your
website will require some modification in one way or another. When your
website is found using a search engine, any page can be the entry point so
we must ensure that each and every page is optimized and compliant.
