Rates

Service work is charged per hour unless there is a fixed cost for the particular task. If it is necessary to come on site then reasonable travel time will be charged at this rate as well. A minimum rate will be charged regardless of actual time spent.

Products supplied by us are covered by a Celto Computer Solutions Warranty (except when specified at time of sale).

An initial assessment does not involve turning the computer on, it is a judgement from a staff member as to the suitability of the machine for the required service work.

This assessment is based on it's appearance and information provided by you. This assessment can only be done at workshop if wanting free of charge

Approved Maximum Charge (Account Customers)


We ask customers to fill in and sign a Service Agreement Form which must include an Approved Maximum Charge, this allows us to spend up to an agreed amount of time and parts to remedy your problem without additional approval from you. If there is ever any need to exceed this cost then your approval must be gained before continuing.

Terms and Conditions of Service Work


Computers can be damaged in or as a result of transit, and may not be working as well when you deliver it to us, as it was when you left home/work. Computer hardware can also fail due to age related issues or faults (often an intermittent fault that inspires someone to bring a computer in for service is a symptom of an impending component failure). Celto Computer Solutions will look after any equipment in our care for service however we will not be held responsible if either of these situations occur.

Celto Computer Solutions may not be able to remedy your problem, or the problem may require additional costs that you are not willing to incur. Neither of these situations absolves you of your responsibility to pay for the time spent on your computer

Should a fresh install of your Windows operating system or other licensed software be required, then you will need to supply Celto Computer Solutions with your license code/s and/or the software to enable this to take place.

Due to the changeable nature of software no warranty will be placed on software related repairs, however parts charged by Celto Computer Solutions as part of service work will be covered by a return to base warranty
